Tickets

Tickets are $170 each, excluding transaction fees. See ‘Will I be charged a credit card fee?’ below for more info. 

Our ticketing platform accepts payments via debit and credit card affiliated with Visa and Mastercard, along with payments made through Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Our ticketing platform only allows for a credit card transaction.

Yes. Our booking platform charges a ticketing fee of  30c per ticket, plus a processing fee of 3% per transaction.

A 1% surcharge applies to payments made using a foreign credit card. A 0.5% surcharge applies to payments made using Google Pay and Apply Pay. 

Tickets will be available to the public for sale from our official ticket sales website only, from 9am, 24th July 2024. You will access this via the ‘Buy Tickets’ button on our website – please note that this button will not be live or visible on our website until the day tickets go on sale. 

There is a limited number of tickets available, and in previous years they have sold out very quickly. To avoid disappointment, we recommend you try to purchase tickets as early as possible.
As we have a no refunds policy, we do not hold any stand-by list for tickets that may come available if the event sells out.

Before contacting us, please check your Junk and Spam folders for the email. If the order confirmation is not in your Inbox, Junk or Spam folder 30 minutes after completing the transaction, please email [email protected]

No. If you would like to make a donation to Cranford Hospice, we suggest you do so via the Cranford Hospice website

Refunds & Cancellation

No. As per the event Terms & Conditions, if the ticket holder is not able to attend the event for any reason there will be no refunds given. You are welcome to give or sell your ticket to another person.

We will contact all those who purchased tickets via email.

No. As per the event Terms & Conditions, the ticket holder will note be refunded for the tickets purchased. The non refundable ticket will be forwarded to Cranford Hospice.

If the weather is inclement, we suggest you pop an umbrella in the car and come prepared.

General Event Info

The location of the venues remain confidential until you receive your ticket/programme. However, we can tell you that 70% of our venues are based around Havelock North/Hastings, with the remaining 30% being located in a cluster approximately 40km from Hastings for this self-drive event. 

No. Photos/videos of any kind are not allowed, inside or outside, including from cameras, mobile phones, or drones. Photography/videography is only permitted by our official event photographers/videographers.  

No animals are allowed, inside or outside, no exceptions – including the Lunch Venue.
No. Smoking is not permitted at any venue, inside or outside, including e-cigarettes and vapes.

Toilet facilities are indicated on the map in the programme. It is not permitted to use private toilets at any of our venues. Public toilets will be made available and be identified on the map in your ticket/programme. While on the Holly Trail, please plan your public toilet breaks carefully, we cannot expect our home owners to open their bathrooms up to the public.

Ticket/Programme Delivery

The tickets will be posted out the week beginning 7th October 2024.

If you have not received your ticket in the post (the address that you filled in when you purchased the tickets online) by Friday 18th October 2024, please email [email protected]

Yes. Please ensure you carry your programme with you to ALL venues. No programme, no entry. At each venue your visit will be marked off on the programme. You are only able to enter each venue once (except for the Lunch Venue). Please write your name and mobile phone number in the space provided on the programme.

Venue Access

Many venues have no or very limited wheelchair access. As some walking is required to access the venues from the parking areas, we do not recommend this event for those who have limited mobility.

Yes. The venues are all located driving distance from each other, so you will definitely need a car to travel between each venue.
Yes, but parking for some venues does require a short walk to the venue, so you will need to be prepared to walk.

Venue Info

Yes. Shoes must be removed and carried inside each venue. We recommend you wear shoes that can easily be slipped on and off and are practical for walking in. You will receive a bag for your shoes at the first venue you visit. 

Venues are open from 9:30am – 4:30pm on each day of the Holly Trail, unless indicated in your programme.

No babies, or children under the age of 15,  are admitted under any circumstances.

Please do not consume food or drink at any of the homes/venues. We will have a Lunch Venue, and there are many cafes to enjoy refreshments in Havelock North and surrounding areas. These will be indicated on the map in your ticket/programme.
